We at the fashion bunker hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, The Fashion Bunker will incur postage.
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
- The goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
- Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability, if your requested garment is not available then a refund will be issued and you will be notified via email.
- The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Please note that in the absence of any fault, we do not exchange or refund hosiery, cosmetics, hair accessories, earrings, underwear, swimwear or sale items.

Faulty Items
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty
What defines faulty?
- Manufacturing faults.
- Goods have been wrongly described.
- Goods are different to the goods that you ordered.
- Do not do what they are supposed to; or
- Have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
Incorrect or faulty items received & exchanges must be returned to the address above.
Shipping
By placing an order with The Fashion Bunker, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to The Fashion Bunker. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
For delivery within Australia we use Australian Air Express and we can deliver to business, private and post office box addresses. On dispatch of your order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number and link to the Australian Air Express tracking website. If you order before 1:00pm AEST your order will be dispatched the same day. Capital cities or major regional centers can take up to 2 business days to deliver (please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed). Deliveries to all other destinations may take up to 3 business days.
On delivery if no one is available to receive your order, then all orders valued below $300 will be given the "authority to leave" and will be left (to the best of the couriers ability) in a secure area. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel is completely liable to you the buyer. All orders above $300 will need to be signed for on delivery and will be taken to the local Post Office in the absence of the receiver and a con note will be left. PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS IN CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS.
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for any purchase under $100 to be shipped within Australia and New Zealand.
For international delivery we use DHL Express. Due to customs requirements we cannot deliver to PO boxes overseas, so we will require either a business or private street address. Orders received by 1:00pm AEST will be shipped the same day and delivery can normally be expected within 1-3 business days subject to any customs delays. On dispatch of your order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number and link to the DHL Express tracking website.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for any purchase to be shipped international.
Stock Availability
While The Fashion Bunker makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund just that item or the entire order.
